​The fee is $975 for a single joint injection, or $1,650 for two joint injections performed during the same session. This pricing includes the following:

• PRP preparation

• Administration of the injection under live fluoroscopic (X-ray) guidance and contrast dye to ensure accurate placement. Tendon injections are done under live ultrasound guidance.
